This is our little girl’s first video…actually it is her ultrasound. It is kinda long, so watch as little or as much as you like. There is a point where it goes black and that is where I had to get up and run around to get the little girl moving! So enjoy!
Today was the first day that I felt some major movements!! Until today I have mostly felt little flutters and bubbles, but oh-man today she really made herself known. It was so exciting! I cannot wait until Jonny can feel them as well…it makes HER so real. He wants her to be a little karate kid.Â
Baby peanut can now be called a SHE! We are so excited to have a little girl, though we have not decided on a name yet. I really want this name to be meaningful and fit our little girl, so there is no hurry in choosing one quickly. I cannot wait to start shopping for all the little pink girlie things and planning the nursery.
We had our 20 week ultrasound yesterday and was once again amazed that this little tiny thing is growing inside of me. She is 11 ounces and growing perfectly. My due date stays the same of 4/25/2008. All the organs looked good and she was riding a little bicycle in there. We kinda know this is a little Dani because she wouldn’t stop opening and closing her mouth…already a chatter box like her momma. We were able to get a DVD of the ultrasound and soon will try to put it on the blog for all to view. As well as a 20 week pic.
We are half way there and I can only imagine how fast the next 20 weeks are going to go. Wow…20 weeks!
I know it doesn’t sound good, but it looks awful cute! I made this diaper cake for my good friend, Rachel. She is having a baby shower and thought this would make a cute gift and super practical! Hope she enjoys it.
