SO…I hit 24 weeks last Friday and had a check-up. We listened to her little heartbeat and it was in the 150’s which is great and where it has been. She gave the doc a little kick when we were listening. She is moving like crazy now and it is so exciting to feel her all the time. It is such a reassuring feeling when she gives me a bump or jumps on my bladder.

This week I will go for a gestational diabetes test, which is a little scary. I am hoping that I haven’t developed it and won’t have to worry about anything. We will be starting our child birth classes soon along with choosing our hospital. That will really make the whole BIRTH part a reality. I am sure I will be the one covering my eyes and not Jonny.

We started our registry at Babies R Us and should finish it this Friday. That store is so overwhelming…aisles and aisles of baby stuff. I think I just started shooting at things to have stuff on the list. We are also registered at Pottery Barn Kids.

I promise to update the website with a picture soon…we’ve taken a few and they just don’t look great. But keep us in your prayers as we get closer to meeting our precious little girl.
